Service operation

Our service works as follows:

1. Reserve a freezer on our website.
2. Bring the items to Pitäjänmäki and pack them in garbage bags in advance or on site at the security point.
3. Take the items to your own reserved freezer.
4. Freeze the items for 7 days - this will ensure that the pests and their eggs are killed.
5. Pick up the goods on the last day of the reservation. The total duration of the reservation is 8 days: 7 days of freezing + pick-up day. We are open 24/7, so you can pick up whenever it suits you. Use the same door code as when you brought it in.
6. The end result: peace of mind and bug-free goods.

Freezing always lasts 7 days, and this time kills all pests, regardless of species . So you don't have to guess what bugs might be in your goods - freezing kills them all.

When you make a reservation, you will receive a PIN code that allows you to access the premises at a time that suits you.

If you wish, you can pick up the goods earlier - 7 days is strongly recommended, but not mandatory.
If you are unable to pick up your items on the day of collection, please contact us. We will arrange the collection flexibly and can extend the collection time free of charge when agreed in advance.
